We have a new review paper in Trends in Genetics regarding the role of Copy Number Variants (CNVs) in human adaptation. I think, it lays out some of the emerging promises (and hardships) of the field and throws in one or two very cool ideas on the evolutionary mechanisms through which CNVs can affect phenotypic variation in humans. Enjoy. Link.
