Finally the Anthropology Subject Module for Oxford Bibliographies Online  (OBO) is up and running. I am fairly excited about this enterprise and I am eager to see the impact of this bibliography on research and teaching. I have contributed the “Genetics” section to this module.
An interesting debate has emerged from this enterprise, comparing OBO to Wikipedia and other sources. Some interesting links are the New Yorker review and John Jackson (the editor of the anthropology module) commentary in the Chronicle .
