Erica (Duo Xu) has spearheaded an effort to compile all the small, different methods that we developed for analyzing population genomics data to construct locus-specific phylogenies into a streamlined pipeline. Yousef Jaber, a bright undergrad from our computer science department, end up making a nice GUI for this pipeline. We hope that it would be helpful for people working on particular loci and do not have a direct bioinformatics means to tap into genomic resources. The manuscript is published in BMC Bioinformatics. The code and the installation package and a detailed readme file (we really tried to make it as user-friendly as possible) can be downloaded from GitHub. Please let me or Erica or Izzy know if you have any questions.
